Where does the enrichment data come from?
Data is pulled from LinkedIn and verified through trusted third-party enrichment providers.
If an SDR adds a contact to HubSpot from LinkedIn, is the contact owner set automatically?
By default, HubSpot assigns ownership based on your settings; Hublead does not auto-assign SDRs.
How do I add more seats?
Go to your Hublead dashboard → Settings → Plans → Click on "Manage Subscription"
Is it possible to sync LinkedIn Sales Navigator lists into HubSpot?
Direct list sync isn’t supported, but you can import contacts from Sales Navigator with the Scale plan.
How many users are included in the Business subscription?
Each Business subscription includes one user by default, with the option to add more seats.
What pricing options are available after the free trial?

What email data providers are used in the Professional plan?
Hublead partners with verified third-party providers to supply enrichment data.
What are email and phone credits?
Credits are used when enriching contacts with verified email addresses and phone numbers.
I cannot find the Read/Write Lists section, where is it?
Check your Hublead extension settings; ensure you have the right plan and permissions enabled.
Can I download and transfer LinkedIn event registrants directly to HubSpot?
No, LinkedIn event registrants can’t be synced directly; you’ll need to export and import manually.
I’m seeing an “Internal Error” in Hublead, what should I do?
Log out and back into both LinkedIn and HubSpot; if the error persists, contact support.
How do I cancel my Hublead subscription?
If your HubSpot account has been cancelled and you want to cancel your Hublead subscription, follow these steps:
1. Go to your Hublead settings.
2. Click “Manage my Subscription.”
3. This will open the Stripe portal, where you can cancel your plan directly.
What should I do if Hublead isn’t syncing correctly?
If you’re experiencing sync issues, please share a bit more about what happened. In most cases, we can troubleshoot and resolve the problem quickly. Providing specific details will help us assist you better.
What do I get with the premium versions of Hublead?
With the free version, you can only view HubSpot properties directly from LinkedIn. You won’t be able to import contacts, sync conversations, or access enriched data like emails or phone numbers, for that you will need at least a paid package, you can view them on our pricing page.
Does Hublead sync old LinkedIn messages?
Hublead does not retroactively sync historical messages or invitations prior to installation. This ensures data accuracy and avoids duplicates. The syncing feature only works for messages and connections going forward from the time of installation.
Can Hublead be used with Microsoft Edge?
Microsoft Edge does allow Chrome extensions to be installed, including Hublead. However, we only develop and test Hublead for Google Chrome, so we can’t officially guarantee full compatibility or provide support if issues arise on Edge. If you decide to use it on Edge, it’s at your own discretion but for the best experience and full support, we recommend using Chrome.
